Josiah Nwaokwa is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and the Chief Executive Officer of WFCI. He is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered mental-health and substance use treatment services to the community.
In his role, Josiah conducts comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy services for individuals experiencing a variety of mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders. As CEO, he oversees the organization's operations, strategic growth, program development, and commitment to delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare services while supporting both patients and staff in achieving positive outcomes.
Debra Leciejewski is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Independent Addiction Counselor (LIAC), and Clinical Supervisor at WFCI. She brings extensive experience in behavioral health and substance use treatment and plays an essential role in maintaining clinical excellence within the organization.
As Clinical Supervisor, Debra provides clinical guidance, supervision, and support to staff members within the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), ensuring quality care and adherence to best practices. In addition, she provides individual counseling services to clients, substance use disorders, and personal challenges while supporting long-term recovery and wellness.
